Stroll along one of the most beautiful streets in Florence to gain insight about our Florentine Nobile Wine Families when we visit the Antinori Palace. Enter inside their family home designed by Renaiiscance master architect Giuliano da Maiano. Visit one of the many wine windows around the historical centre and learn about the most famous wine in the world Chianti.
Taste the original cantucci at a lovely boutique store on the Via Porta Rossa we’ll pass the medieval towers of Florence hidden in the side alley to arrive at farm to table salumeria.
You will be welcomed by owner Alessandro and his son Pietro. Sit down for taste of Chianti wine. Tuscan Prosciutto, finocchiona and local pecorino cheese from Pietro's farm.
Arrive at Ciro's gelateria a true gelato maker and lover of natural flavors and spices. Ciro and his family make fresh gelato every morning just like pastry chefs making their delicate desserts. The flavors are so fresh and the fruit sorbets are all seasonal. Taste a delicious selection of chocolates at a small bouquet shop that has been in business since 1916.
Arrive at a local wine bar that has the largest selection of Regional and National wine in the city centre! you will have a glass of Prosecco with petite truffle sandwiches and enjoy a tasting of local balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil This is the perfect introduction to the city where you will get to know the best local food stores, restaurants and wine bars. Other tastings include ‘the best gelato in town!’ along with a glass of Chianti Classico and Prosecco!
