Explore backstreets like the ‘Via del Amore’ in beautiful towns such as Pienza. The medieval hill town of Montalcino for ‘Brunello’ Lovers. Montepulciano with its Nobile wineries in the historical centre and artisanal stores. Cortona for shopping and syrah wines. Of course you can not miss the medieval town of Siena famous for its horse race ‘Il Palio’ set twice a year in the Piazza del Campo.


Arrive in Florence for three nights to wander through the marvels of this walking museum where you will discover the historical and contemporary artisans and stories of the medieval industries with it’s guilds many still alive in the historical centre today to the powerful medici and their prestigious art collections by some of the most important artists, architects and inventors in the world.

Day 1: Arrive in Rome - Highlights Tour 

Meet your chauffeur driver at the arrivals lounge of Rome Airport. You will transfer in Mercedes luxury sedan or van to your accommodations.

Day 3: Borghese Museum 

Experience one of the greatest private art collections in the World. Once the private home of Cardinal Scipione Borghese nephew to Pope Paul IV. Cardinal Scipione promoted the creation of new sculptures and especially marble groups to rival antique works. Collections include pieces by Titian, Raphael, Bernini and Caravaggio.


Day 4: Transfer to Pienza with stop in Orvieto

Meet your driver for a Transfer to Pienza with a stop in Orvieto where you will meet you expert guide to visit its famous Cathedral built in the 14th century and enjoy lunch at a typical restaurant

Day 5: Pienza 

Free day to relax and enjoy Pienza where you can discover the artisan shops of leather, linens and contemporary local art and enjoy local flavors such as pecorino cheese and ‘Pici’ hand made spaghetti served with fresh tomato or wild boar ragù sauce.

Day 6: Montepulciano & Montalcino 

Arrive at the highest hill town in Tuscany Montepulciano you will be dropped off in Piazza Grande where you can admire the pretty square and Cathedral. On your way to Montalcino stop at a quaint medieval hamlet where you will enjoy lunch while overlooking one of the prettiest valleys in Tuscany.Visit the medieval town of Montalcino take a lovely walk around the town centre including its Medieval Fortress. Be sure to glass of brunello at the ‘Caffe Fiaschetteria Italiana 1888’ a cafe bar that has existed since the birth of Brunello wine! Day 7: Cortona & Boutique Winery

Arrive at the ideal hill town Cortona where the famous movie ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ was filmed. Visit the charming town centre. 
Continue to a boutique winery situated in the foothills of Cortona. This valley is known for its bold Syrah wines. Enjoy a tour and lunch degustation of local and seasonal fair.

Day 8: Transfer to Florence with stop in Siena

Transfer to Florence with stop in Siena where you will enjoy lunch in the city centre. After lunch enjoy a guided tour of its medieval city centre. The tour will include the famous square Piazza del Campo where a medieval horse race known as the Palio is held twice a year. Visit the Cathedral and baptistery (outside only).

Day 9: Orientation Tour & Michelangiolo’s David

Afternoon Orientation Walking Tour. Day 10: Workshops of the Masters & The Bargello Museum

Discover the workshops of great sculptor artists such as Donatello, Ghiberti, Cellini and Giambologna around the city centre. Visit the Orsanmichelle to learn about the history of the Florentine artisanal industries from the middle ages.  Visit the Bargello to experience the sculptor of the 14th and 15th century. Our tour ends at the Loggia dei Lanzi with particular attention to Persius by Cellini and the Rape of Sabine by Giambologna.
